Margaux began her career as a land agent from 2010 to 2013 at the Land and Real Estate Division - Urban Development Unit of Métropole de Lyon. She went on to work as a project manager from 2013 to 2017 at a market research firm, AID Observatoire, in Villeurbanne.

In September 2017, she joined ONLYLYON Invest as a Commercial Real Estate Consultant in order to manage the Agency’s real estate searches for companies seeking to set up in the area, in collaboration with the consultants managing the projects.

Her responsibilities:

Handling the property aspects of business set up projects

Searching for business location solutions

Organising and participating in visits of selected sites

Providing real estate expertise
