Anna Maestri is a graduate of EM Strasbourg's Grande École program, specializing in human resources.

She began her career as a human resources officer at Bouygues Telecom, where she carried out various general HR assignments. She then joined B. Braun Medical, where she gained nearly 4 years' experience in recruitment, employer branding and partnerships with schools.

Convinced that human resources represent a strategic lever for companies wishing to set up in the Lyon region, Anna joined ONLYLYON Invest as a Human Resources Consultant.

Her main mission is to advise and propose HR solutions adapted to companies before or after they set up in the Lyon region. She works in close collaboration with the teams dedicated to prospecting and setting up operations.

Anna is also actively involved in promoting inclusive practices and integrating diversity and impact issues into her HR proposals. Internally, she also contributes to the implementation of the association's HR policy.
