As a graduate of EDHEC Business School, Bertrand Foucher spent 20 years at Capgemini and Accenture supporting the global transformation of organisations and key European accounts, drawing on organisational, digital and service outsourcing capabilities.
In early 2017, he headed the pioneering and innovative project "Territoire Zero Chômeur" (zero jobseeker zone), set up in Villeurbanne with the support of Accenture as a skills-based sponsor. As such, he became director and company representative for the social enterprise "Emerjean", cooperating with local authorities and entrepreneurs. The project created over 150 jobs in five years. This successful outcome led Bertrand Foucher to work with Lyon Métropole to support the launch of other similar projects in Lyon (particularly Lyon 8 and Saint-Fons) and elsewhere in France.
He was recruited as ADERLY’s new director in September 2022. His roadmap includes completing the Agency’s transformation to enable it to participate in the balanced and productive development of Lyon and its region. To do this, it must consider environmental objectives and promote all the skills our region has at its disposal to help investors, business leaders and entrepreneurs realise their ambitions.
Based in Lyon for over 20 years, Bertrand is delighted to be transforming the region into a place where business transition is easy!
