A native of west Lyon, André studied regional economic development in Lyon (earning a Master’s at IAE Lyon 3), before travelling around the world for a year in 2019. From 2020 to 2022, he was an economic developer at the Greater Moulins Government, in the Allier region.

Hired by ONLYLYON Invest in February 2022, André was first a social services prospect and setup consultant, before moving into the sustainable construction sector, supporting companies in their plans to set up shop in the Lyon area.
