The data collected in this form are recorded by the ONLYLYON Business website and are subject to computer processing, the aim of which is to respond to your request and improve the quality of our service. The collection and processing of your personal data are required to respond directly and personally to your request. The personal data collected and processed are: first name, last name, email address and professional contact details. Your personal data as well as the email addresses collected are not transferred by Lyon Métropole and Aderly. The recipients of this personal data are, within the strict limits of the purposes outlined above, the relevant departments of Lyon Métropole, Aderly, the Tourist and Covention Bureau of Lyon Métropole, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Lyon Métropole Saint-Etienne Roanne and our selected service providers.
Lyon Métropole and Aderly retain the information contained in the emails they receive for a maximum period of two years, in a confidential manner. Your request will be stored on the server of our French-based subcontractor for a period of 18 months from the time you submit the form. Your consent forms the legal basis for the processing, which you give by checking the box “I accept that the information entered on this form be processed by the ONLYLYON Business website for statistical purposes and processed to respond to by request” (see Article 6.1.b of the European Data Protection Regulation).
