After spending the first part of her career in sales, Marie-Pierre joined the Randstad Group in Paris (5 years), then in Lyon (5 years) as a Senior Consultant.
Between the two jobs, she took a break of over 6 months in South America, travelling to Cuba and Santiago in Chile, and, along the way, climbing mountains with elevations of more than 5,500 metres. After 10 years in the temporary work and employment sector, she went back to school to get a Master’s degree in human resources from IGS in Lyon.
Marie-Pierre left the sector to join the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Lyon Métropole Saint-Etienne Roanne, still at the service of companies. For 6 years, she provided human resources support to businesses, including apprenticeship development, age management, diversity and disability policies and managing the Business Skills Certification (CCE) programme.
In early 2015, she joined Aderly as an HR consultant, providing her expertise to consultants managing business set up projects and their contacts. She provides support for key issues in human resources in order to facilitate the arrival of new entities with aspects such as salary ranges, local area skills, training, higher education, recruitment, and more.
